Business Hours

IA DigitalWorks, a division of Image Associates, Inc., is open for business from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Should you require any of our services other than during regular business hours, please make arrangements with us in advance.

Delivery Services

IA DigitalWorks uses our own and local couriers for daily pick-up and delivery to most areas in the Triangle. We arrange for the most economical and timely courier available and charge accordingly. Customers within our regular route may qualify for free pick-up and delivery. Please call (919) 876-6400 for further details.

By law, any photograph, negative, transparency, or original artwork that has a Copyright, cannot be reproduced in any manner by IA DigitalWorks without written consent of the copyright holder.

Price Changes

IA DigitalWorks makes every effort to maintain competitive prices. All prices herein are subject to change without notice.

Terms of Sale

Open accounts are available to qualified customers. Payment terms are net 30 days (a 1.5% finance charge per month may be charged to past due accounts and future orders placed on a C.O.D. basis). All orders are subject to North Carolina Sales Tax of 6% unless a valid state tax exempt form or resale certificate is listed in our files. IA DigitalWorks also accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express for those clients who may wish to charge their purchases.

Limitations of Liabilities Agreement

Our staff of professionals at IA DigitalWorks takes every precaution to ensure the proper handling of your prints, transparencies and other materials that you submit to us. However, submitting any film, prints, slides, or negatives to this firm for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary or agents even though due to negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary or agents, will entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing, unless you have declared a higher value and have paid a premium for that value in advance. Except for such replacement or payment for the declared value if applicable, the acceptance by our company, subsidiary, and/or agents of the film, print, or negative is without warranty or liability, and recover for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

In recent years there have been many improvements in the manufacture of photo-sensitized materials. The vividness and saturation in today's color prints and transparencies are better today than ever. However, the color dyes used to produce color film and paper may change over a period of time and therefore, photographic products can not be warranted against fading or change in color.
